My humble respect to those who were the presidents of this organization before me, they have built the foundation with their hard work, sweat and talent, I am only adding many floors to that foundation. And despite the presence of many good, qualified and wise people, I an inferior, inexperienced, insignificant and incompetent person, am grateful to the activists of all the countries concerned for getting the opportunity to work as the Central President of this organization for a long time. Please consider me a servant instead of a leader. Please correct the mistakes without showering me with praise, which will be the path in my future life. My humble request to everyone is to give me at least one piece of advice every month for my self-purification. Basically all the people of the world go around and do almost the same work. But each person is able to reach the goal or destination at a different time. Some are never able to reach the target goal. Some violate the rules and become confident like the rabbit in the story of the hare and the tortoise and fall behind. A handful of people are able to reach the target goal at the right time. The more innovative the person, the bigger his world is. His freedom is much greater than others. He finds alternative paths through his innovative power. He is smarter than others. Many people take the path of by-chance popularity. Some do little or no work and chase popularity. I think the attempt to achieve cheap popularity is currently holding most talented people back. Every task can be done according to the proper rules and regulations and if the fear of God is nurtured in the heart, the right solution will be found. My request to ouractivists from all the countries is to avoid social media for cheap popularity and join hands and kindly do awareness activities. Remember that from the day you chase popularity, from that day you will definitely go downhill. If you chase work, success will come. Many entrepreneurs tell me that it will be difficult to complete this task successfully, that is why I am not able to start. My advice to them is that those who have been able to complete the work successfully must have started the work first. If you also start, you will be a winner one day. If you do not start, no motivator in the world will be able to motivate you completely. Because practical matters can never be fully explained with theory. The drug problem is one of the biggest problems in the world today. This problem is increasing at an increasing rate. One of the reasons for this is that most of us who work on this issue are part-timers. Those who are involved in the drug trade work full-time. Part-timers are usually not able to keep up with full-timers. I would like to tell the activists and volunteers in 134 countries of this organization that we have to work with time. I see two major obstacles in working towards building a drug-free world. 1. Talent is being wasted, because most people are busy with self-promotion, leaving aside their main work. Due to which talent is not being developed. Its bad effects are spreading everywhere. I think it is the demand of time to get out of it soon. 2. Most people in the world are running around chasing jobs. Employees think they are more talented than entrepreneurs. But entrepreneurs’ jobs are the result of their talent. On the other hand, the main obstacle to becoming an entrepreneur in developing and third world countries is the lack of financial resources, so I would like to ask all governments in the world to create special banks to provide financial resources to entrepreneurs. Naturally, an entrepreneur may suffer losses in business in the first place. Keeping this in mind, entrepreneurs must again provide financial resources. Becoming unemployed means suffering from frustration, and suffering from frustration means creating all possibilities of becoming addicted to drugs. In the current world, most of the protectors have taken on the role of the destroyer to solve other social problems including drugs. For example, a madman is stopped with a rope, but if the rope itself goes mad, this is one of the country’s problems now. Most individuals, institutions and governments adopt the policy of using force to solve social problems worldwide. This mistake must be stopped soon. Because if the task is completed by force, it will be done from the highest brain, but never from the mind. And if it is not done from the mind, the activity will not be sustainable. And if the activity is a matter of solving social problems, then this work will never be fruitful. Before starting such activities, awareness must be created among all concerned. I think the power of awareness is more powerful than any force. For example, a nuclear bomb, an atomic bomb, is considered by most people in the world to be the most powerful. I think this bomb is not very powerful, because with an atomic bomb, only destruction can be done, nothing can be created or benefited. On the other hand, everything can be done through awareness. Some people think that since young students in schools and colleges do not know anything about drugs, if they are told about it, they may become interested in drugs. My question is that there are several cores of young students in the world who are addicted to drugs. No one told them anything about drugs before, but how did they become addicted to drugs and then become drug dealers. I think if young people are made aware, they will not fall into the clutches of drug dealers so easily,Rather they will become protesters against drugs. Many people ask me why you use state power in many cases instead of doing all the work yourself ?My answer to this is that there can be no greater power than the state.No matter how much a person or institution goes into such activities, no matter how much money, time and effort is spent, the general public will not want to give much importance to the matter.Since the state considers our activities as its own work and issues government orders, the people consider the matter as a state activity with great importance.Therefore, we carry out all activities with the state. There is no reason to be disappointed, because we are doing good work. A dishonest businessman is able to sell rotten fruits to customers as good.Then why will we not be able to successfully implement the visible good work.Victory is near, there is no doubt about it, may God help us.
